K-FIT and K-FITS are managed by FS/KKR Advisor, LLC, a registered investment adviser under the Advisers Act of 1940 that is jointly operated by KKR Credit Advisors (US) LLC and by an affiliate of Franklin Square Holdings, L.P. (Future Standard).
KKR Credit Advisors (US) LLC is a subsidiary of KKR & Co., a leading global investment firm. Future Standard is a global alternative asset manager serving institutional and private wealth clients, investing across private equity, credit and real estate.
Structure
K-FIT and K-FITS are non-exchange traded, perpetual-life BDCs (“Business Development Companies”) with a term of indefinite duration whose shares of beneficial interest are not listed for trading on a stock exchange or other securities market.
